1 pounds fresh or frozen fish
1 pound shrimp
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 can baby clams
1 pound scallops
7 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups half & half
¼ cup cooking or dry sherry
¾ cup Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté mushrooms in 3 tablespoons melted butter until tender. Remove mushrooms and melt 4 more tablespoons butter. Stir in flour and pepper and cook 1 minute. Gradually add half & half until smooth. Fold in seafood, sherry and mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently until fish flakes easily. Stir in cheese. Cook until melted.
