1 c ground fresh cranberries (1 bag doubles the recipe)*

1 c sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrainded
1 small box cherry or raspberry jello
1 orange, sectioned and membrane removed
pinch salt
1 c boiling water

*can use canned whole cranberry sauce if you can't find fresh cranberries. 1 can for single recipe and 2 cans doubles the recipe.

Dissolve jello in boiling water and let cool. Add fruit and mix well. Pour into a mold or serving bowl. Let congeal overnight. If using a mold, unmold on a plate or serving platter.
