4 T. butter, melted
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. fresh basil, minced (or 1 tsp. dried basil)
2 T. fresh oregano, minced (or 2 tsp. dried oregano)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 large garlic clove, minced or pressed
3 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
24-32 small red potatoes, cut in half

In a shallow 9x13 pan, combine butter, 2 T. olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, paprika, garlic and Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Place potatoes, cut side down, in pan. Brush uncut sides of potatoes with additional olive oil. If assembled ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 F. Bake potatoes, uncovered, basting occasionally with pan drippings, for 25-35 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to move potatoes to a serving bowl.
