1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. plain peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
1) Grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2) In a 2-qt. glass microwave-safe bowl: Stir together sugar and corn syrup. Microwave for 3 minutes.
3) Take out of microwave and stir. Microwave again for 4 minutes.
4) Take out of microwave and stir. Add peanuts, vanilla and butter. Stir.
5) Microwave uncovered again for 5 minutes. Take out.
6) Add baking soda. This will cause a chemical reaction right away. Stir to thoroughly combine.
7) Pour on greased cookie sheet. Cool for 1 hour, then break into pieces.
