Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix (plus baking ingredients on box)
1 (15-oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a 9x13-inch pan, bake the yellow cake mix according to box instructions.
2) As the cake is baking, combine the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk to combine well.
3) When the cake comes out of the oven, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes into the cake. Pour the sweet cream mixture over the cake, allowing the mixture to soak into the holes. Take your time and make sure that you use all of the sweet cream mixture - it takes a few minutes to soak in.
4) Cool the cake, cover and refrigerate overnight.
5) Just prior to serving, "ice" your cake with whipped cream or cool whip.
