8 tilapia fillet
8 limes, juiced
1 large tomato, finely diced
1 large red onion, finely diced
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely diced
1/2 bunch finely chopped cilantro
2 large avocados diced
2 fresh Serrano chiles or jalapenos - finely diced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

For tostadas:
1/2 head green cabbage - shredded
1 Pkg. of Tostadas
Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the raw Tilapia into small pieces, and place in a large bowl. Pour in enough lime juice to cover the fish about 8 limes. Let the fish marinate overnight (24 hrs). Mix the tomato, red onion, green chiles and cucumbers into the bowl. Stir in the cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Eat with Tortillas chip or make ceviche tostadas.
