4 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 tbsp. butter, softened
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 envelope (1.3-oz.) Dream Whip
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream softened cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl.
2) Add brown sugar, vanilla and Dream Whip mix and evenly beat together.
3) Add milk, flour and powdered sugar and beat until smooth. (If you think the consistency is too thick, you may add a tiny bit more milk to thin it out.)
4) Fold in chocolate chips.
5) Cover the bowl and chill for 5-10 minutes.
Ready to frost!
