8 oz. turkey pastrami
1 cup drained saurkraut
4 slices baby swiss cheese
8 slices Jewish rye bread
sweet hot mustard/dijon mustard/stone-ground mustard (equal parts)
butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat non-stick griddle to medium. Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter or margarine. Put two buttered sides together and spread mustard on one unbuttered side.
Put buttered side down on griddle, mustard side up. Top with 1/4 of the turkey pastrami, 1/4 of the drained saurkraut, and 1 slice of baby swiss cheese. Put other buttered side of bread on top. Grill until brown, turn and grill other side. Remove from griddle, cut sandwich diagonally. Serve with a pickle spear and chips, or some German potato salad.

If you can't find turkey pastrami (although Oscar Meyer produces a good product, and most grocery store delis carry it), use regular pastrami, corned beef, smoked turkey, peppered turkey, etc.
