2 lbs. New Potatoes
1 (8 oz. carton) Sour Cream
1 (8 oz. pkg.) Velveeta Cheese, grated
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 pkg. Real Bacon Bits or Crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
Slice new potatoes into ¾ inch rings leaving on the skins. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Layer the potatoes, sour cream, cheese, chopped onions and bacon bits in an oblong baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until cheese is melted at 325ºF. Takes about 35 minutes.
