Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 box Spice cake Mix (Duncan Hines works best)
1 can pumpkin puree (18oz.)
½ cup water
Pam or olive oil spray
Frosting of choice (I like cream cheese or pecan frosting)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare a cupcake pan by spraying Pam spray into each cupcake hole. No need to use cupcake liners!
3. Combine cake mix with pumpkin puree. Add water and mix well. Add more water if batter is too thick.
4. Fill cupcake holes ¾ to top, place in over for 15-20 minutes. Check if done with knife or toothpick.
5. A few minutes out of the oven, when the muffins are still warm, add a small amount of frosting on top. Frosting will melt and then cool into a yummy glaze!

Personal Notes:
Dim the lights, light your pumpkin spice candle and let the smell fill your house! Perfect for fall!
