Good-sized piece of slab bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil in a pot of water until fairly soft (approximately 15 minutes).

Remove from water and broil for a few minutes to slightly brown the meat.

Remove bacon, cool, and refrigerate.

Slice and serve on a platter for Easter breakfast.

Be careful not to have it too close to the broiler elements, as fat might spatter.
