2 tbsp flour
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c thick sour cream
6 apples (Approx)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Arrange peeled chopped apples in pie shell. Pour sour cream mixture over top of apples. Bake in hot oven 450 F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to moderate 350 F and continue baking for another 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp brown sugar and return to oven until sugar melts. Serve slightly warm.
