Ingredients:  
1 lb. pecan halves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff). Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans and stir well, until pecans are completely covered with mixture. Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake at 200' for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let sit until cool. Store in an airtight container.
