1-2 cans of Beef Broth (depending on size of roast)

Directions:
Place roast in Crock Pot. Add enough beef broth to cover the roast. Add Onion Soup Mix packet. (approx 1packet per 2lb. of roast). Cook on High for 4-6 hours depending on roast size or on low for 6-8 hours.

I like to add potatoes, carrots and onions after cooking roast for several hours. I add more beef broth to cover the veggies then cook for several hours. Perfect for Sundays, so you can come home to a nice roast dinner.
