Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cube of Butter
16 OZ of Whipping Cream
1 Pkg. or 2 Cups of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Garlic salt (I use the California blend with parsley)

1-2 Tablespoons of Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except flour over med/low heat until cheese melts. If you cook at temp that is too high sauce sometimes becomes lumpy. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of flour with a wisk until you reach desired thickness. I sometimes use half skim milk and half cream if I want to cut back on the calories. I serve with any kind of pasta, but usually bow ties!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from Sommer Bingham (Ryan's Sister). The first time I had this, was during a trip to visit them in Arizona. My family all loved it and it has been a family favorite since then. I usually serve it with steamed veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) as well.
