2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Prepare frying pan (large) by heating vegetable oil on medium heat setting. (Be sure the oil is not too hot as it will burn the batter.)
3. Heat iron in oil to temper.
4. Dip iron into batter and place in frying pan. The rosette will drop off and cook until light brown in color. The iron should be covered with batter 3/4 way to the top to release properly.
5. Remove gently from oil with fork or spatula onto an absorbent plate lined with paper towels.
6. Cool. Powder gently with confectioner's sugar before serving.
