3/4 C. butter, not margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
20 maraschino cherries, well drained, cut small
1/2 C. shredded coconut
1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Add coconut and cherries. Chill mixture until firm. Shape into small balls and roll into graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
