2 cups powdered Sugar
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
2 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened, sifted
1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. corn syrup, light
1/4 cup Amaretto Liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 cup of the powdered sugar on a piece of waxed paper. In large bowl combine remaining 1 cup powdered sugar, wafer crumbs, cocoa powder and hazelnuts. Stir in corn syrup and Amaretto. Knead until mixture holds together. Roll, one tablespoon at a time, into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat. Place in paper candy cups, if desired. Refrigerate several days for flavors to mellow. To serve, re-roll in powdered sugar, if needed. Makes about 30 cookies.
