1 Rotisserie Chicken
2 Boxes of Chicken Stock
1 Onion
3 Carrots
3 Stalks of Celery
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 Package of Egg Noodles
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up chicken (if cooked, otherwise cook it first), carrots, celery and onion. In a large stockpot add all ingredients except the noodles. Bring to a boil and then add noodles, turn down heat to simmer. Simmer for 1 hour to let flavours develop and stir occasionally. Salt and Pepper to taste.

I am not a fan of chicken noodle soup, however, when you are sick there are definitely healing qualities in a good bowl soup. My mom made this for me when I was sick. =) She is a good mom! The awesome thing is the leftovers can be frozen so that you can pull it out when you are feeling under the weather.
