1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soya sauce and cornstarch together. Brown ground beef; drain. Add all other ingredients; mix. Reduce to low heat. Cook for 1/2 hour. Serve over rice.

If you want actual meatballs, form into balls prior to browning. If you just want a meal that tastes like meatballs, but is less work, just leave the beef as is.
