1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 Jiffy cornbread mix
2 cans pinto beans, drained
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
6 bacon slices, cooked or crumbled (can use bacon bits)

Cook Jiffy cornbread according to package. Cool and crumble. Combine salad dressing mix, sour cream, and mayo. Set aside. Place half of crumbled cornbread in bottom of large serving bowl. Top with half of pinto beans and corn. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes and onions; layer 1/2 of mixture over beans. Top with half of cheese, bacon pieces and reserved salad dressing. Repeat layers, using remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
