1 lb. sausage (hot)
1 pkg. Coon Brand Cheese or extra sharp cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in microwave. Put sausage in large bowl and mash up., Pour melted cheese over sausage. Mix well. Add Bisquick and mix by hand. Roll into tiny balls. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 6-10 minutes. These also freeze well.
