Directions:
Clean table thoroughly and let dry. Sprinkle dry table with meat tenderizer. Lay slices of meat on table. On one end of each slice lay dill pickle spear, half slice of bacon and 1 tablespoons of onions. Sprinkle each slice of meat with additional meat tenderizer, salt and pepper to taste. Starting on end of meat stacked with pickle, onion and bacon, tightly roll each piece of meat and secure with tooth picks. Once all the slices of meat have been rolled brown them in a frying pan. They need to be browned almost to the point of burning but do not burn them. Transfer browned roladen into roasting pan and cover with an inch of water. Add all remaining onion. add beef bullion cubes. Cover roasting pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 4 hours.
