2 chickens, cut up
Flour
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1 cup mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Flour, salt and pepper chicken and brown in hot oil, drain, and place in a glass baking dish.
Mix soups, sherry and drained mushrooms and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
Serve with rice.
