1 kg raw potatoes
200gr. potato starch
1 tbsp. salt
500ml medium warm water

Directions:
Take a high pot, fill it with water, cook the water.
Take a second pot, fill it with water, cook the water. Peel the potatoes and give them to the cooking water. Cook the potatoes until they are done.
Use a potato ricer to press them. Give 500ml warm water, the salt and the potato starch to the press potatoes and stir the dough very quickly.

Form your dumplings like balls and give them into cooking water. Reduce the heat and let them brew for 20min
