1 Italian dressing packet
8 oz. sliced pepperoncini peppers (tops removed) + juice from jar
1 Round Roast (3-4 lbs.)
Beef broth(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine roast, Italian dressing packet, and peppers in the crockpot. Pour in pepperoncini juice from jar to cover the bottom. Can also use beef broth instead of pepperoncini juice. Cook on low for 10 hours, or overnight. Shred meat before serving.
