1-2 pound ground beef
3-4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
3-4 carrots, thinly sliced
1-2 cups frozen peas
Tin of Mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat in a fry pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in bottom of a deep casserole dish or Dutch oven. Cover meat with a layer of sliced potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a layer of onions, then carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Another layer of sliced potatoes, salt and pepper. Top with frozen peas, then 1 tin mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water. Bake for about 2 hours or until vegetables are soft.
