large piece of salmon
salt and pepper.
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp butter
5 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
3 tsp fresh parsley (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place large piece of salmon in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Mix 4 Tbls honey, 3 Tbls butter, 5 bls dijon mustard together and spread on fish.
Mix 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and 3 tsp fresh parsley (opt.)and cover fish with mixture. Bake at 400 for 10+ minutes per inch (usually 20 minutes is good).
