450 grams extra lean ground beef or ground chicken
2 tsps. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
¼ tsp. turmeric
2 tsps. onion flakes
½ cup ketchup
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large nonstick frying pan at medium-high until no longer pink. Add spices (mixed together and ground up) while meat is almost done browning. Add ketchup and water after meat has browned. Simmer.

Taco Fixings:
Lettuce, onion, tomatoes, yogurt, salsa, cheese, cilantro, avocado

Tear lettuce. Arrange vegetables on serving platter with sour cream, salsa and grated cheese.
Spoon meat mixture into each taco and sprinkle with cheese. Add fixings from serving platter.
