12 oz. (340 gram) bag of cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Place water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until the sugar is melted. Add in the cranberries and lemon rind. Simmer on medium heat until berries pop. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to simmer and stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.

Remove pan from heat, transfer sauce to cleaned jars, cover and allow to sit undisturbed until cool.

Refrigerate until serving time.
