1½ cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour milk
296 grams All-purpose flour (2 cups flour)
2 ½ cups chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, as listed, sprinkle top with ¾ cup brown sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes.

Baked 30 minutes then turned halfway. Bake 10 minutes more and turn down the oven to 300 F and then bake another 5 – 10 minutes.
