Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of lasagna
1 cup of ricotta
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom
1 package McCormick spaghetti seasoning
1lb lean ground turkey
Sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Begin boiling pasta in a large pot. While the pasta is cooking, take a large skillet and cook the lean turkey until brown. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cream of mushroom, and seasoning to the meat. In a separate bowl mix together the ricotta, egg, and parmesan cheese. Once the pasta is done and drained you can now assemble.
On a baking sheet lay the noodle flat, spread a decent amount of the ricotta mixture all down the center, then add a layer of sauce, and roll it up. Once you have done this to all of the noodles, pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cook at 350º for 40 minutes. Pull out the pan and place slices of mozzarella on top and bake until melted.
