Cilantro Chutney

3 Large bunches of cilantro
2 jalapeņos, seeds removed
2 ounces walnuts
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine vinegar or lemon juice, (I use both)
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt

Grind cilantro, jalapeņo, garlic and walnuts in food processor.
Mix lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Add slowly to cilantro, so that it does not get too runny.
