2 small boxes Peach Jello
1 can peaches
2 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions:

Bottom Layer:
Dissolve 1 box Peach Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Drain the peaches and save the juice.
Cut the peaches in cubes. Set aside.
Add cold water to the juice to make 3/4 cup liquid.
Add liquid to the dissolved peach Jello.
Stir the peaches into the Jello. Put into a 8x8 glass pan.
Refrigerate until firm.

Top Layer:
Dissolve 2nd box Peach Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir 2 cups of vanilla ice cream into the dissolved Jello.
Stir till ice cream is melted and smooth.
Pour Jello and ice cream layer over the firm layer of Jello and peaches.
Refrigerate until ice cream layer is firm.
