3 tbsp Crush Garlic
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary Leaves
1/4 c. Olive oil
1/2 lb Shaved London Broil Roast Beef (from deli counter)
1 French Baguette
1/3 C. Canola Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Salt
Black Pepper
4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Sour Cream
1/4 C. Bleu Cheese Crumbles
Parsley for Garnish

Directions:

Beef:
Combine Crushed Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes, Rosemary, Olive Oil and black pepper to taste in tupperware. Add London Broil Roast Beef to mixture and stir well, coating all of the meet with oil mixture. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Crostini:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Combine Canola Oil, Garlic Cloves, 1tsp Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Cut Baguette diagonally to create thin slices. Brush slices with oil and bake 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over half-way thru.
Bleu Cheese Topping:
Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Bleu Cheese and Salt & Pepper to taste.

Place Beef on top of Crostini. Add dollop of Bleu Cheese topping & parsley garnish.

I make two versions of the Bleu Cheese topping, so that those who don't care for Bleu Cheese can still enjoy.
