1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butternut squash puree
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º F (180º C).
2) Sift dry ingredients together (flour through nutmeg).
3) In a large bowl mix the puree, sugar, oil, eggs and water.
4) Add dry mixture to wet ingredients, and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
5) Bake 50-60 minutes or more, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
