1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm milk
4 c. flour
8 T. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Sugar
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, shortening and salt like a pie crust.
Add 1 c. milk to dissolved yeast and add 2 well beaten eggs.
Add to flour mixture and stir and beat with a spoon.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, divide dough into 4 parts and roll each like pie crust.
Spread each with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Roll each up like a jelly roll and connect the ends to form a ring and place in greased pan.
Let stand in warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Bake 350º for 30 min.
Top with powdered sugar icing and nuts.
