3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 28 lb can whole peeled tomatoes2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 package egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large pot. Add onion and green pepper and cook until softened (about 8 minutes). Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until lightly browned (about 5 minutes). Add whole tomatoes and juice, crushing tomatoes with your hands as you add them. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, cinnamon and stir well. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer until sauce thickens (about 1 hour). Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with beef about 10 more minutes. Garnish with cheese.
