8 eggs, beaten
6 slices of white bread
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º F (180º C).
2) Cook sausage in a skillet.
3) Tear bread into pieces. Layer torn bread in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
4) In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and spices. Pour egg mixture over bread.
5) Sprinkle sausage over egg mixture. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.

You can also add hot sauce to the mixture or some diced green chilies to make the dish spicy.
