2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small pkg. butterscotch bits
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl, all but morsels, and then pour into 9x13 greased pan. Spread morsels on top. Bake 300º oven; 45-1 hour.

Glaze:
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. pet milk
1 t. vanilla

Boil until thick, then pour over cake.
