Ingredients:  
2 pks yeast
1/4 C lukewarm water
3/4 tsp salt
3 TBS sugar
4 TBS butter
4 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Heat milk, sugar, salt & half butter in saucepan until lukewarm.
Add yeast & flour.
Mix well, then place in warm place for 15 min.
Turn onto floured board, pat to 3/4 inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter. Fold over a bit of butter and let raise for 15-20 min.
Bake at 400º for 20-25 min
