1/4 C vegetable oil
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C milk
3 eggs
2 1/3 C bisquit baking mix
3/4 C sugar
2 T grated orange peel
3/4 C chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 C chopped nuts

Glaze:
Beat 1/2 C powdered sugar and 2-3 tsp orange juice until smooth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375.
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 in.
Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in pan until moistened
Beat vigorously 1 min.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean 50-55 min
Cool 5 min, then run knife around sides of loaf to loosen
Remove from pan
If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.
