1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 - 1" thick bone-in pork chops
3 tbsp. butter
4 Granny Smith apples (thinly sliced)
1 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 cup apple cider
1/2 tsp. Adolph's Meat Tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper and meat tenderizer in zip-top plastic bag; add chops. Seal and shake to coat. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in large skillet; add chops and cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned

Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish with remaining 1 tbsp. butter. Place apples in bottom of dish; sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange chops over brown sugar and drizzle with apple cider. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until pork chops are done. Serve on platter with chops surrounded by apple mixture.
