3 stalks celery, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 8 oz. package macaroni
1/3 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions, pepper, celery and beef in frying pan until done; drain. Cook macaroni until done; drain and add to beef mixture. Add soup and pour into baking pan. Cover with cheese and place in 350º oven. Cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Freezes well.
