1 package flour tortillas - burrito size - 10 pack
1 onion diced
1 1/2 to 2 # ground sirloin
1-2 packs of a burrito seasoning mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can refried beans with green chiles
1 can black beans, drained
Additional spices if desired include salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, chile powder
Garnishes: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa or chopped tomatoes, guac, shredded lettuce

fry the hamburger with the onion. drain grease. add corn, refried beans and seasoning mix. stir to combine. add 1/2 of the black beans also and some salsa to taste, depending on what you like. simmer on low heat. Add additional spices if desired. Spray large casserole with pam. fill burrito shells and roll, place into dish sprinkle with shredded cheese or queso. bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes, Serve with garnishes.

adding cooked yellow rice to bottom of casserole is a nice way to serve this
