½ cup hoisin sauce from a jar
½ cup grape jelly
2 t soy sauce
1 t apple cider vinegar
15 drops black liquid food coloring
3 lbs (15) chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line large sheetpan with foil; coat with cooking spray. In small pot over medium-high heat stir together hoisin sauce, jelly, soy sauce and vinegar; bring to boil. Boil until reduced to 3/4 cup, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in food coloring.
Reserve 1/4 cup glaze. In large bowl use spoon to toss wings with remaining glaze to coat. Using tongs arrange on pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Brush tops of wings with reserved glaze. Bake until no longer pink near bone, 5 minutes. To serve arrange pairs of wings to form bat shape.
