Ingredients: 1 pkg. spaghetti 3-4 chicken breasts cubed (or 3 cups cooked leftover turkey) 1 small onion chopped 3 Tbs. butter + 3 Tbs. (used 2 different places in the recipe) 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (a can will do) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. dried mustard 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese 1 egg

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º Pam a 9x13 baking dish & set aside
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Add 3 Tbs. butter, Parmesan cheese & egg. Mix thoroughly & place into your baking dish. Set aside.
Cook your cubed chicken until partway cooked. Add your onion & 3 Tbs. butter and cook until translucent. Add your mushrooms, can of soup, milk, seasonings & the cheddar cheese. Mix until combined. I taste this here, sometimes I add a bit more poultry seasoning. So do it how you like it. Pour mixture over top of spaghetti. Add shredded mozzarella over top. A little chopped dried parsley adds a little color since this recipe doesn't have any. Bake in your oven for about 30 minutes. |

Notes: We very seldom ever had enough turkey left over to make this dish so I started doing this with chicken. It's a family favorite & easily doubles for more family or a potluck. You will bring home a clean dish! This recipe originally came from Taste of Home magazine.
