1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 small onion (optional)
1teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Tangy Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. Spray baking pan with Pam. Place loaf in the pan, coat with tangy sauce and bake for 1 hour.
