3 c sifted flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp.vanilla
1/2 c buttermilk
2 c unpeeled grated zucchini
3/4 c coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Set aside. Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk and zucchini. Mix with electric beater or by hand until well blended. Pour into greased 10 x 15 pan. Top with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake 350 F for 25 - 30 minutes. Cut into squares when cool. Freezes well.
