1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c margarine
1 c boiling water
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix and cool first 3 items and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix. Pour into 13 x 9 in pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
